The full-bodied ristretto in capsule format from Mövenpick Café is a successful blend of exquisite South and Central American arabica with aromatic Robusta beans. Gently and long roasted, the two types of beans give this full-bodied ristretto its strong and long-lasting roasted note. The ristretto is the variant of a shortened, heavily pressed espresso. Because: The same amount of powder is needed to prepare a ristretto, but only about half the amount of water. The processing time for the ristretto is also only about half as long. And so the ristretto is even stronger, tastier and richer than a classic espresso.
