For our selection we process coffee cherries from Huatusco, from the central mountain region of Veracruz. Ripened under palm trees in partial shade, the coffee develops its typical citrus aromas, a soft body and a particularly balanced taste. Due to the gentle roasting, fine chocolate and honey notes emerge in the cup.
