For this mixture, we carefully studied all the different aspects of the interplay between coffee and milk and were inspired by the baristas in Melbourne. They are masters of the intense but thoroughly balanced taste - their roasts and blends have a great aromatic power that is in perfect balance with the milk. We create this perfect connection through extremely careful separate roasting of the selected Arabica beans from Colombia and Ethiopia. The Scuro has the optimal intensity to bring out the roasted aromas of the coffee without masking the sweetness of the milk.
 ORIGIN
 From all the different countries of origin worldwide that we have tested, we selected some of the best Arabicas from Colombia and Ethiopia for the Scuro. The aroma profile of these two coffees is wonderfully expressive and promises a harmonious flavor composition that unfolds in a perfectly balanced way when milk is added.
 ROASTING
 We tried many combinations until we realized that we needed an extremely contrasting, separate roasting process for the perfectly balanced taste of Scuro with milk. Part of the mixture is therefore roasted long and dark, while the other part is roasted much faster and lighter.
 FLAVOR PROFILE
 Our BARISTA CREATIONS Scuro shows you how intense and at the same time wonderfully balanced coffee can be with milk. It has just enough roasted aromas to be felt through the milk, and its intensity is softened by its delicate sweetness - for an irresistible, intense cappuccino or latte macchiato.
