 ORIGIN
 Capriccio is a mixture of South American arabica with a hint of fine robusta, which gives it plenty of strength. The tall Arabica coffees are known for their graceful acidity. They go wonderfully with Brazilian arabica beans, which we add to the mix to make them richer.
 ROASTING
 We give these coffee ingredients a light roast to preserve the fine acidity that shines through the rich grain notes. The easy
 Roasting also develops the rich profile that is unique for Capriccio.
