Noce di Cocco - an exotic pleasure
 The Noce di Cocco consists largely of South American Arabica coffee beans. Asian Robustas are added to this mixture to complete the blend. The Noce di Cocco is one of the Fairtrade Flavor varieties in the Gourmesso Shop and has an intensity of 5. As the name suggests, these Nespresso® * compatible capsules are characterized by their coconut aromas. It's not just the taste of this espresso that transports you to the Caribbean, the scent of coconut is also enchantingly exotic.
 Coconut - a tropical pleasure
 The coconut palm is a tropical tree and belongs to the palm family, which can reach a height of up to 30m. The coconut palms feel particularly at home in the so-called tropical belt, i.e. in areas such as the Philippines, Indonesia and Sri Lanka. The temperatures must not drop below 20 degrees, as the palm trees are not cold-resistant. The most important part of the palm are the coconuts. The fruit of the palm, mistakenly called coconut, is a stone fruit and not a nut. The yield of the coconut palm is 30 to 80 fruits, depending on the location and age of the palm. The coconuts are 8 to 12 inches tall. The pulp is used for the production of coconut fat and oil as well as for desiccated coconut.

 For the environment
 We want to enable you to enjoy 100% responsible coffee in the long term. That is why we have been working for some time on a fully compostable coffee capsule that is still compatible with all common Nespresso machines and at the same time maintains the usual high quality of our coffees. However, current technology does not yet allow us to combine compatibility and quality as well as compostability. However, we do not want you to have to accept compromises in terms of compatibility, taste or aroma. For this reason, we currently have two different generations of capsules in our range: One capsule made of polypropylene and another made of partially compostable materials, which is hermetically sealed with the help of an airtight film.
