Mandorla - an almond dream
 The Mandorla is a Fairtrade espresso with a fine almond aroma. Like the other flavors, this Gourmesso Flavor has an intensity of 5 and Arabica coffee beans from Mexico are mainly used here. To round off the taste and aroma of these coffee capsules, Asian Robusta coffee beans are added. At Gourmesso we always pay attention to high quality, so the different types of coffee are roasted separately from each other. Natural aromas with an almond flavor are added to this full-bodied espresso. And the mandorla is ready - try it!
 Almonds - a sweet and healthy temptation
 The almond tree belongs to the rose family and is a stone fruit. The tree is particularly comfortable in sunny places with a stone floor at an altitude of 700 to 1700 meters and is most likely to have its origin in Southwest Asia. Today it is mainly found in California, in the Mediterranean, as well as in Pakistan and Iran. The flowers of the almond tree are five-leaved and have a light pink color. When it comes to almond fruit, a distinction is made between sweet and bitter almonds. The sweet almond is used more often, for example for pastries or to make marzipan, including our Mandorla espresso.
 Gourmesso is my alternative
 The capsules from Gourmesso, which are compatible with Nespresso® * systems, offer you a taste alternative and also a price advantage of over 30%. The coffee capsules can be used in standard Nespresso® * machines without any problems. Try one of our other varieties and become a gourmesso connoisseur.  For the environment
 We want to enable you to enjoy 100% responsible coffee in the long term. That is why we have been working for some time on a fully compostable coffee capsule that is still compatible with all common Nespresso machines and at the same time maintains the usual high quality of our coffees. However, current technology does not yet allow us to combine compatibility and quality as well as compostability. However, we do not want you to have to accept compromises in terms of compatibility, taste or aroma. For this reason, we currently have two different generations of capsules in our range: One capsule made of polypropylene and another made of partially compostable materials, which is hermetically sealed with the help of an airtight film.
